Meeting Details for Local Host Committee meeting on 4/7

Brothers,

We need to begin to plan for the District Conference for October 2010. I will conduct two meetings tomorrow to begin our process.

First, as mentioned before there will be an Initial Planning Meeting of the Local Host Committee at 6:30 PM at Disciples Fellowship Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. This meeting will be a face-to-face meeting to outline the responsibilities of the committee. It will only last an hour and will focus on organizing on efforts. I am asking any Greenville Brothers to attend this meeting if possible.

Second, we have a Conference Call at 9:30 PM for any brother outside of Greenville Area to review our goals and plans with Chapters in Clemson, Anderson, Rock Hill, and Spartanburg. We will need your support and assistance to have successful conference. Please expect an invitation via email with the pin number and phone number for the conference call. This meeting will conclude by 10:15 PM.

I am including the my previous email as reference for the meetings tomorrow. Please let me know, if you plan to attend or join either meeting tomorrow by reply to this message ASAP. Thanks for your help.
