At the request of new Chapter President, Travis Smith, we will have our 2011 GGL Leadership Retreat on Saturday, June 11 from 10am till 3pm at Cherokee Valley, Cottage #7. Lunch will be provided and we are inviting the past executive Board and current Board Members, & Committee Chairman to attend.

Smith want us to focus on making the changes to the By-laws and Coming committee effort such as Project Alpha, GGL's 70th Anniversary, & MLK Gala & Youth Program Efforts.

Where is Cherokee Valley Located?

Located just 18 miles from Main Street in Greenville, Cherokee Valley is an easy drive for those folks who want to live in a mountain golf community and still enjoy all the amenities that the downtown Greenville area offers. Cherokee is also approximately 50 minutes from Asheville, NC; 2 hours from Charlotte, NC; and only 20 minutes from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. It is the same we used for the GGL Golf Tournament.
