LISTOPIA
Listopia is a special area of Goodreads, which allows people people to create lists which are, by default, polls -- as anyone can vote on any list and can add books to any list.
NB: There is no way to create a list and limit the books or the voters. All are public. Anyone can add to the list and anyone can vote.
