1.production material

2.High-temperature cooking
Cut wood, first need high-temperature cooking.
The wood is cooked in saltwater at high temperatures in order to remove impurities and skim. The soaking temperature can be controlled in the range of 70-90 ° C, the soaking time is about 8 h, in addition to degreasing, there is also the effect of bleaching; after the wood is degreased, it needs to be rinsed with water to avoid yellowing of the board surface. Make the wood stronger and prevent cracking, which is convenient for the subsequent process.
3. Polished slice
The wood cooked at a high temperature is placed on a conveyor belt in turn and polished at the bottom.
The wood after the bottom is polished will be fixed on the cutting machine. The cutter cuts the wood into regular sheets.
3. Chopsticks forming
Before forming, the cut wooden blocks need to be placed on the assembly line.
After the placement is completed, the wood will enter the stamping process along with the assembly line, which is the molding stage of the chopsticks.
There is a direct mold molding, and the mold is easily cut into iron, and the cutting board is more convenient. After the die-cutting, the workers manually selected the defective products and the burrs.
4. Packaging
Every hundred pairs of chopsticks are tied together.
A 100 pair, how to do it? Some people have definitely said that they can weigh them, or use the most stupid methods. Actually, today, let everyone watch the factory's foolproof tooling. Preventing staying is to prevent mistakes, and workers can't make mistakes.
First, the worker puts the prepared chopsticks into the designed mold, and the width of each square of the mold is consistent with the width of the chopsticks. A pair of chopsticks were handcuffed into each lane.
The number of mold designs is also one hundred. The worker will lift the mold next. Finally, these chopsticks are tied with a rubber band.
