We are irreguraly providing opportunities to learn Japanese culture such as folding paper, maiking stamp, making rice ball, simple flower arrangement and so on. It will be held at the time our Japanese language class.
You can also request the subject you want to learn. If you have something interest to learn besides Japanese language, please let our staff know. Your suggestions are being welcomed. And we also help and parcitipate many international cultural ivents which is held in Kasai area and other.
文化交流
水曜日に行う日本語教室と併せ、おにぎり作りや折り紙、遊印、簡易式生け花など、日本の文化を楽しく学べる機会を不定期的に設けています。日本語だけではなく文化も学びたいという方は、お気軽にスタッフへご提案ください。また、葛西地区で開催される各種文化イベントへの参加も行います。

日本語クラスで七夕集会を開きました。織姫と彦星の物語は、異なる内容ながらも各国に存在するようです。短冊に願い事を書いて、皆に発表しました。
February 2017 Cooking day／2017年2月 料理会 → More
F&S no Kai had a cooking day. Indian, Chinese and Vietnamese students joined the event. We enjoyed making rice balls, miso soup, rolled omelette, sweet rice dumplings. Tamagoyaki, Japanese traditional omelet made with genuine broth, tastes really good.
料理会を開きました。インド人、中国人、ベトナム人の日本語教室生徒が参加しました。おにぎり、みそ汁、卵焼き、白玉団子をみんなで作り、日本の味を楽しみました。可愛らしいデコおにぎりは、参加者に大人気。
May 2010 Indian cooking class／2010年5月 インド料理教室
The cooking class is organized by Indian grocery store "Spice Magic BAZAAR" located in Seishin-cho. Participants made curry and side dishes. After cooking, They also learned dressing of Indian sari.
清新町にあるインド食材店「Spice Magic BAZAAR」が主催する料理教室に参加。講師はシャンテスリ・ゴスワミ先生と、「Spice Magic BAZAAR」のモンジュさんです。ラジマカレー、ナス入りライタなどを作りました。料理の後は、サリーの着付けも教えていただきました。

The event of international cultural exchange between GIIS(Global Indian International School Japan) and Minami-Kasai elementary school was held.

We visited an International school in Mizue, Edogawa. We observed sixth grade math class, fourth grade language class, first grade music class and preschooler class.
１１カ国の生徒約１９０名、その内日本人が30％という、瑞江にあるインターナショナルスクールです。６年生の数学、４年生の国語、１年生の音楽と、幼稚園児のクラスを拝見させていただきました。
