*Monday Evening Mindfulness Practice

Please join us. All are welcome.

Every Monday evening we gather at seven o'clock for mindfulness practice in the sanctuary of the Unitarnian Universalist Church of Ventura.

We usually begin each evening with a short guided sitting meditation and then continue to sit in silence for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Then we stand, bow to each other, and enjoy about 10 minutes of walking meditation.

On returning from our mindful walk we bow to each other and then sit for a Dharma reading.

After the reading we have another period of sitting meditation for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then we open our hearts for Dharma Sharing and end the evening with the song I Have Arrived.
