Monday Evening Mindfulness Practice

Every Monday evening at 7 PM we gather for mindfulness practice. Our evening includes a sitting meditation for 20 minutes, a walking meditation for 10 minutes, a Dharma reading, and Dharma Sharing. During these difficult times we are meeting by Zoom.
For those new to meditation or are new to our Sangha, if you would like to join us for this half hour introduction to our mediation practice on a second Monday of the month at 6:15 PM , send an email to FriendshipSangha@gmail.com and put "Intro to Meditation" in the subject line and include the second Monday date you will be there.
