MINDFULNESS EVENTS

Every Monday at 7 PM via Zoom

The Friendship Sangha of the Heart meets on Mondays at 7 PM for Mindfulness practice via Zoom. Click HERE to sign up. Once signed-up you will receive an email on Monday mornings with details and a Zoom link.

2nd Monday of the Month via Zoom

If you are new to meditation or are new to our Sangha and would like a half hour introduction to our mediation practice on the next second Monday of the month at 6:15 PM, send an email to FriendshipSangha@gmail.com and put "Intro to Meditation" in the subject line and also sign-up HERE to get the zoom link.

Once a year in January we meet for a full day of Mindfulness practice.
