I received the UPC number from our duplicator so I can finalize the CD image and drop that off. As such, we should be in their production queue by this afternoon. Then there's a three-week manufacturing turnaround. We're scheduling the official release date for 28 November. Now the fun starts...
I'm finishing up the manifesto for our website. I'll be sending out press releases next week announcing the CD. Promotional copies go out to various NW newspapers, radio stations and to the local TV station that has a local morning show, as well. The week after that, I'll start talking to local independent record stores to see if they want to carry the CD.
The corporate gig went well. We should have videos from our rehearsals up on the This, Not This! site soon. Dave wants to do a mini-tour. My suggestion - Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, Portland, Vancouver, Olympia, Seattle, Yakima, Spokane, Pendleton. Nice P-shaped loop.
This weekend, I go to a workshop at Jackpot! Studios, Larry Crane's [Tape Op] place. It should be fun.
