FOSAF voices concern over NEMBA

In the attached letter dated 23 July 2012, FOSAF voices grave concern to the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs over the lack of consultation and information regarding the classification and identification of "invasive species" in general, and trout in particular, as per the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (NEM:BA)

The letter demonstrates the degree to which recreational fishing interests, particularly fly fishing for trout, are being represented at the highest level.  The FFA is a member of FOSAF.
