My goal is to help a client achieve Financial Independence by:
Managing a Client's Portfolioto deliver Income and Growth
Safe yields averaging 8-9%
Growth to protect against inflation
Managing the Portfolio to Support Client in Independence/Retirement
Advising Client on IRA and 401K Investments
Assisting Client in Wealth building decisions
All client accounts are kept by 3rd party custodians. I recommend Wells Fargo, Fidelity, or Scottrade to minimize trading fees.
I have over 25 years experience planning to reach financial independence, and I will only recommend investments that I personally own in my portfolio.
Although the last 3 years have been turbulent, the planner portfolio has outperformed the S&P 500 over the period. The portfolio underperformed in 2011, due to a hedging that provided insurance against a market downturn (See Q3 and Q4 Newsletters).
Past Performance does not guarantee future results, Client portfolio may differ from planner portfolio based on client needs.
The planner portfolio is an overall portfolio for high net worth individuals. It combines securities selected for both income and growth.
All portfolio securities are publicly traded on US stock exchanges.
The planner fees are less than a typical mutual fund.
Current Market thoughts from the Planner: Expect market turbulence as states and countries struggle with debt. Current US government policies of high taxes, and high deficit spending will likely cause slow growth with possible stagflation. The market should favor assets capable of rising in an inflationary environment.
