Gianna M. Grant, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHS, CAS, ADHD-PT is available to do evaluations on children with concerns for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This service is by appointment only. Please call 870-862-2285 to schedule.
Gianna is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner, with certification as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist. She has also earned certification to assess and diagnose ADHD in the pediatric population.
The evaluation consists of a series of interviews, observations, and standardized assessments to determine if the child has any variation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. A full report with recommendations is made available after a completed assessment. If indicated, a referral for a full Neurodevelopmental evaluation will be initiated.
Cost: An initial screening visit is usually covered by insurance (with a referral from child's Primary Care Provider)
