Our Book Club

We sign up all of our eligible pediatric patients (including infants) for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.  This allows the child to receive a free book in the mail every month, with their last book arriving the month of their 5th birthday. (Child must be resident of Union County).

In January 2015, we were honored with an award of recognition from the United Way of Union County for our part in signing up 33% of the county's children in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that Pediatricians and Family Physicians provide books to children during well-child visits.  We choose to provide a book to each of our pediatric patients at each visit. Our custom built  Book Tree provides a special place for children to shop for the book of their choice!  We are committed to encouraging reading and promoting literacy in children.
