GrantMED is a Family Medicine Clinic offering convenient walk-in care. We will gladly serve as your primary care provider. We also offer urgent care walk-in services for minor emergencies and illness. We hope to help you avoid the emergency room.
In our boutique medical clinic, we hope you will find comfort, whether you are here for a well check or treatment for an injury or illness. We provide healthcare services to all ages from babies to senior adults. Our walk-in clinic is very child-friendly.
We have two medical providers who see children/pediatric patients.
We offer treatment for chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma. We also provide care for illnesses and injuries.
