Misa's Fugue Heads "North" to Toronto Next Month

In early May, Misa's Fugue will play as part of the Toronto Jewish Film Festival and also be featured as part of a special program at the Sara & Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Center in Toronto. These screenings will be part of the official premiere of the film in Canada and the Misa's Fugue team is delighted to venture to Ontario in support of these events. Both Director Sean Gaston and former student/team member Colton Greiss will be on hand for special events surrounding the screenings. Greiss, a 2012 Fleetwood graduate, is currently a student in the film program at DeSales University.On Monday, May 5 Misa's Fugue will show at 10 AM at the ROM Eaton Theatre as an Official Selection of the Toronto Jewish Film Festival. This screening is open to the public and tickets may be purchased in advance via www.tjff.com. It will be followed by a post-screening Q & A with Gaston and Greiss.

On Tuesday, May 6 a special classroom cut of the film will be shown as part of a special student symposium for high school students and educators at the Sarah & Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Center. Gaston will be leading a special post-viewing presentation with support from Greiss on the film's unique creation. This special screening for 500 students has already sold out but a reserve list is being created.
