Fundraising

We need parents to solicit stores to help with our fundraising events!

Many stores will offer a gift card or something similar on an annual basis. 

We will keep a list with the dates of donations we've received here on this page so we don't have duplicate requests.

Please contact the Scoutmaster ASAP if you've received a donation.

The donations are typically used at the Truck Stop fundraiser on Rte. 84 or they may be used for the Blue & Gold Dinner, Scouting Service projects, Eagle Scout projects, Troop supplies or simply discounted goods for scouts etc.

At the bottom of the page is a solicitation letter from the Troop to be used for the October Rest Stop Fundraiser. Please print this and bring a copy to the manager of the stores listed below:

(NOTE): Please inform us if you've made contact with the store managers so we can let others know and avoid duplicating our efforts.

Our next Troop Fundraiser will be held on October 21-22 at the Rte. 84 Westbound Rest Area. We expect ALL Scouts to help with troop fundraising, parents are always welcome too!
