MolyPoly

MolyPoly is an Adobe Flash simulation of artificial cell chemistry. The simulator can be downloaded from here.

Screen capture after more than 50 hours of running MolyPoly on a Core2 Quad at 2.4 GHz:

Observations:

• RAM usage went from approximately 90 Mbytes to 180 Mbytes.
• The simulation gradually runs slower and slower, spending more and more times updating the quantification bars at the bottom right, and less and less time running the simulation itself.
• No predominance of the RRR triple Moly is observed, although predicted by the explanations. This is maybe because the bond strength was half of the default.
