MolyPoly is an Adobe Flash simulation of artificial cell chemistry. The simulator can be downloaded from here.
Screen capture after more than 50 hours of running MolyPoly on a Core2 Quad at 2.4 GHz:
Observations:
RAM usage went from approximately 90 Mbytes to 180 Mbytes.
The simulation gradually runs slower and slower, spending more and more times updating the quantification bars at the bottom right, and less and less time running the simulation itself.
No predominance of the RRR triple Moly is observed, although predicted by the explanations. This is maybe because the bond strength was half of the default.
