In every event, we invite a world-renowned keynote speaker to share his/her cutting-edge research with participants, and gather 4-6 presentations from scholars in Asia and all over the world.
Formerly known as NTHU-UNSW-SMU Symposium. This event is co-organised by Po-Hsuan Hsu at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Elvira Sojli and Wing Wah Tham from UNSW Sydney, and Hao Liang and Hong Zhang from the Singapore Management University. This event started as the NTHU Symposium on Sustainable Finance and Economics (online) hosted by Po-Hsuan Hsu in 2022.
The purpose of Asian Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (AIEA) is to advance the economic growth and quality of life in Asian countries by stimulating and disseminating innovation in diverse areas of Asian society. In order to achieve the goal, AIEA builds strong partnerships and promotes cooperation among participant countries by: (1) building AIEA as a platform for coordinating activities; (2) preparing funds for various activities and programs which stimulate innovation; and (3) enhancing collaboration across university, government, and companies.

Digital financial technologies are rapidly reshaping businesses and the financial services industry. This edition will focus on digital technology and its effects of financial markets: digital exchanges, assets, and currencies.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) in cooperation with the Financial Research Network (FIRN) and the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre (DFCRC) hosted the 17th Central Bank Conference on the Microstructure of Financial Markets on 8-9 December, 2022. This was a dual-submission conference with the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis (JFQA). Keynote speakers were Itay Goldstein, University of Pennsylvania and Wei Xiong, Princeton University.
This seminar series was an offshoot of the Microstructure Exchange from 2020 to 2022, which was a virtual academic market structure research seminar series of indefinite length, intended to continue the sharing of ideas between researchers.
