Everybody In, Nobody Out!

Healthcare should be regarded as a human right and either provided or paid for as a public service. Various efforts to make healthcare more affordable or available at no cost to the patient based on means testing have failed. The best place to resolve this problem is at the federal level of government but state level resolution is NOT out of the question.
