Web Site Evaluation

Designing a Google Form allowed me to review the many uses of forms in an educational setting. I especially like that the form can be broken up into multiple pages. In experimenting with the form, I noticed that it seemed to be responsive on several mobile devices as well, which would allow it to be appealing to students.
