The ENPS Uniform shop is operated by a sub-committee of the ENPS P&C Association and meets once a term.
Any profits made by the Uniform Shop are given back to ENPS P&C for projects that are voted on by members of the ENPS P&C Association and our teachers.

Volunteer Roles - Clarification and Flexibility
The Uniform Shop has different volunteer role types. Each role is defined by an activity within the shop. Many of these roles are not required within school / work time so that working parents have the opportunity to be involved. The person undertaking the role can dictate the time and date around when the activity should occur to fit into their schedules. All roles are supported by the Uniform Shop Manager and Uniform Shop Convenor. Uniform Shop - Shop Front (Seeking volunteers)
The Uniform Shop Retail volunteer role requires each week to open and close the Uniform Shop and serve customers. They only handle orders from customers in store. Open times are Thursday mornings 8:45 - 9:30am, but can be changed to your availablity. Cash handling, EFTPOS and stock handling is required - individuals are rostered on with experienced volunteers and instructions are supplied.
Time Required: 1 hour weekly.
Uniform Shop - Packer
This position fulfils Qkr orders through Uniform Shop email address. The volunteers select stock, process orders and bag for class delivery. Order process and procedures have been documented step by step to follow. Qkr order fulfilment can be done out of school hours to suit full time working parents if necessary.
Time Required: 1 hour weekly.
Uniform Shop Manager
Manage the Uniform Shop holistically. Working closely with the volunteer roles to manage the overall volunteer roster. Liaise with Convenor on reports back to P+C. Liaise with Stock Controller to undertake annual price review with committee. Ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to. Documentation on requirements, procedures and other considerations will be supplied. Liaise with School Administration staff on parent information (expected incoming student cohort numbers). Liaise with Stock Control volunteer to order appropriate Kindy items. Manage volunteer rosters for the 3 Kindy Orientation days and parent evening. Manage Fitting Appointments through Qkr. Provide updated content for the communication pack from the school to Kindy parents. Full documentation, checklists and previous year content to leverage, will all be supplied.
Time Required: One - two hour a week (potentially less).
Marketing and Communications
Provide Uniform Shop information to the ENPS school community through newsletters, emails, website and Facebook.
Main duties cover: Boundary Bulletin weekly submission to school receptionist, liaise with Shop Manager and Convenor on content. Occasionally send out information to the ENPS P+C Facebook pages on opening times, stock line changed and special activities in store. Review and update all communications in store (printed) for consistent look and feel. Assist Kindy Orientation on content to go in Kindy Packs for new families. Maintain ENPS Uniform Shop Website with up to date information, in particular Kindy Orientation activities as dates are announced, and opening time changes.
Time Required: 30 mins weekly (potentially less). All work can be undertaken out of school hours. Would suit part time or full time working parent.
Stock Controller
Manage the stock levels in the shop and order when required (including fulfilling back orders). Check incoming stock for faulty items and share invoices to treasurer. Liaise with suppliers on stock levels in warehouse. Manage the Qkr Online presence and update stock lines accordingly. Coordinate stock take twice a year. Documentation on recommended stock levels, back order procedures and supplier details will be supplied.
Time Required: 30 mins weekly (potentially less). Can be undertaken out of school hours. Would suit full time working parent.
Uniform Shop Treasurer
Manage the budget for the Uniform Shop. Pay invoices to suppliers and check all incoming and outgoing expenses and report upon them back to the P+C Treasurer. Identify budget each quarter and with the Shop Manager and Convenor assist in final pricing discussions of shop items. Confirm profit amount to be donated back to the school each term based on shop performance and expected expenditures. Reports as required.
Time Required: One hour a week. Can be undertaken out of school hours.
Uniform Shop Convenor (Seeking volunteer)
Manage over arching Uniform Shop, report back to P+C on Uniform Shop performance. Provide reports for monthly P+C meetings. Attend P+C Meetings and be an active participants in community conversations, especially as they may pertain back to the Uniform Shop. Communicate with the Uniform Shop Committee, hold and manage meeting at least once a term to agree on any running decisions of the Shop and pricing changes etc; taking meeting minutes and agenda. Work closely with the Uniform Shop Manager, Stock Controller and Treasurer on the running of the shop and communication to the school community. Be escalation point for any issues from all other roles.
Time Required: One hour a week. Can be undertaken out of school hours.
