Welcome Kindy Class 2024! 

The Uniform Shop is here to help you with all your uniform needs. 

All the details you need about the school uniform requirements, fitting days and purchasing will be provided in your Kindy Orientation Kit from the school. We have attached the documents you would have received in the pack below for your knowledge  the information is listed within this website. 

Fitting Days

Email uniformshop@enpspc.org  and organise a time to come in and fit your child. 

Fttings are occurring 

• Wednesday 25th October 2023 8:30am-9.30am & 11am-12pm

• Wednesday 1st November 2023 8:30am-9.30am & 11am-12pm

Purchase

We encourage you to purchase uniform items through Qkr at the time of fitting, to decrease pressure on volunteers supporting the rest of the school at start of school term in January. 

We will help fit your child into the correct uniform size so that they have plenty of room to grow. If you have any concerns about sizing, keep the tags on the items and we are happy to swap them out in the new year. 

For environmental reasons, we encourage you to bring a bag that we can put your purchased uniform items into on the day. 

How to Buy

Ordering your uniform via Qkr is easy and can be purchased throughout the school holidays.

There are two purchase options on Qkr before Term 1 starts:

1/ Pick up uniforms at the uniform shop before first day of school (28th January 2024)

2/ Arrange for the uniforms to be delivered to your child's classroom by Week 2 of Term 1.

Parents wishing to pick up their child's uniform before the first day of school must order by 5pm Friday 26th January 2024. Any orders received after this date will automatically delivered to your child's classroom either on the first or second Monday week of Term 1.

The above options will be made available on Qkr on 17th December 2023.

KEY DATES

Current 2023/2024 Uniform Shop Kindy/New Starter schedule:

Wednesday 25th October 2023 Fitting Appointments from 8.30am-9.30am & 11am-12pm

Wednesday 1st November 2023 Fitting Appointments from 8.30am-9.30am & 11am-12pm

Friday 26th January 2024 (5 days before school starts)

- Submit pre-orders online by 5pm for quick pick up on Sunday 28th January 2024.

Sunday 28th January 2024 9am-12pm

- Pick up your Qkr pre-orders

- Fitting Appointments 9am -12pm

- Shop open for new purchases

Wednesday 31st January 2024 Shop will NOT be open today

Thursday 1st February 2024 (Second day of school) for Yr 1-6

- Uniform shop will be open from 8.45am-9.30am.

Deliveries

All Qkr orders made after Friday 26th January 2024 will be delivered to your child’s classroom.

All remaining pre- orders not picked up before school starts will be delivered to your child’s classroom.

Uniform Shop Qkr orders will resume as normal. Submit your Qkr order by Sunday 6pm for delivery the following week to your child’s classroom.

Second Hand Stall

The Uniform Shop holds a secondhand stall two times a year. The stall allows parents to purchase second hand clothing outside the general trading day. The frequency is dependent on volunteer's availabilities. Upcoming events will be broadcasted via the Epping North Public School P&C Facebook group.

Location of the Shop

The Uniform Shop is located near the staff car park, right hand side of Block D as you walk through the gate.
