Special Orders

If your child requires a specific fit or size item that we do not stock, we can talk to our suppliers and organise the order of custom items.

Please note - if an item is custom made or ordered in especially for a customer (ie one that is not stocked by the shop or is now a discontinued item) then these items are considered "Special Orders" and are exempt from our Refund / Exchange Policy. That is, if you change your mind, we reserve the right not to offer a refund.

However, if it is faulty then it will be covered by our Faulty Products Policy.

All special orders need to be paid for before item/s can be ordered.
