Juan tells us that McDonald's is unhealthy and we should not eat there. He explains that the food is mostly high in calories, salt, and fat. He also points out that the food is low in vitamins and minerals compared to other options. Later that week, you spot Juan "low-key" eating a Big Mac and conclude that McDonald's can't really be unhealthy since he eats there.
