The Englewood Mews Community is managed by Community Management Corporation (CMC). Through CMC, Englewood Mews now has a dedicated web-based application for residents to access important community information, documents, announcements, make requests and pay their assessments. If you haven’t done so already, we encourage you to register to access TownSq using your account number. If you need your CMC account number you may contact their customer service department at 703-631-7200. For more information about TownSq, and to register go to https://townsq.io/. The Englewood Mews HOA is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. These elected volunteers represent the interests of the community and establish policies.

It has recently been noted by management and the board that homeowners are making architectural modifications to their homes without submitting the appropriate applications for review and approval prior to making changes. Download the application here.
Please be aware that any modification or change to the exterior appearance of your home needs an application to be submitted. Applications are reviewed via email by the board, you can email applications to csmallwood@cmc-management.com.

TRASH REMINDER
The Board has recently updated a few sections of the Architectural Standards for the community. One of these changes will require owners to use a plastic bin, with a lid, that has the address number of your home noted for all trash collections. This change is due to several complaints regarding trash being placed out for collection in an inappropriate manner and at inappropriate times. Please be aware that trash should be placed in a covered receptacle and not in plastic bags. Bags left out for collection attract rodents and can create a huge mess in the community. Trash must also be placed out no earlier than 6 pm the evening before collection and must be brought in on collection day. Please remember to store your trash cans in an appropriate manner and out of public view.
BULK TRASH: Please remember that any bulk items must be called in for pick. You can contact Republic Services at 703.818.8222 for bulk item pick up.
