The Club

Ely Victoria is a friendly badminton club open to all competitive abilities and ages from improvers to experts. With around 50 members the club demonstrates a good balance of competitive sport based in a very sociable environment.

Although based in Ely (Cambridgeshire) the club has a very large catchment area. We attract a lot players from the neighbouring villages (Littleport, Witchford, Soham, etc.) but some travel over 60 miles to attend our club nights.

Club nights

Tuesdays 7pm to 10pm at Ely Paradise Sports Centre.

Generally the games consist of mixed and level doubles but singles can be arranged later in the night subject to court availability. Feather shuttles are used throughout (Club night and matches) and we make full use of all 4 (wooden sprung) courts.

Matches

Home matches are usually played on a Thursday but sometimes on Saturday evening.

Thursdays (8pm - 10:30pm)
Saturdays (5pm - 7:30pm)
