Brief Bio:
Carlos A. Bermudez received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and his specialization on structures from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia at Bogotá; he received his doctoral degree in Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Barcelona, Spain. Currently, he works as an associate professor and director of the laboratory of structures at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Manizales branch.
