Michael Andrew Gove (born 26 August 1967) is a British politician, who is the Secretary of State for Education and the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for the Surrey Heath constituency, an author and former journalist on the Murdoch-owned newspaper “The Times” (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Gove ).
