GOVE, Michael. UK Tory MP & Education Secretary: "More than almost any developed nation ours is a country in which your parentage dictates your progress . . . For those of us who believe in social justice, this stratification and segregation are morally indefensible"

Michael Andrew Gove (born 26 August 1967) is a British politician, who is the Secretary of State for Education and  the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for the Surrey Heath constituency,  an author and former journalist on the Murdoch-owned newspaper  “The Times”  (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Gove ).
