Residents often ask about property boundaries along the common area. Please use the resources below to locate the common areas and boundary markers.

EWPA Association Map

This is the orginal assocation map.

There are several lots that have had boundary adjustments that are not reflected in the orginal map. Those adjustments can be viewed in the Lane County GIS & Tax Lot maps that are below.

EWPA Common Areas & Trail Maps

There are two main trail areas — the upper trails (Normandy and Brae Burn) and the lower trails (Brookside and Lochmoor). All trails are depicted in the images below.

Normandy & Upper Brae Burn Common Areas

Upper Brae Burn & Normandy Trail

Google refers to the trails as Edgewood Path #2 and Edgewood Path #3.

Although the trail continues across Brae Burn, as shown below, the red section of the “Edgewood Path #2” is not part of the EWPA Common Area, which is why it is not maintained by the association. This property is owned by Wiper LLC.

Brookside & Lower Brae Burn Common Areas

Brookside & Lochmoor Trails

Google refers to the trails as Edgewood Trail #1 and Edgewood Path #4.

The trails continue on into an adjacent HOA, which is shown in red in the image below.

Ridgeline & EWPA Trails

If you look closely at the Google Map below, you will find that you can hike to the Ridgeline Trail System via the Ridgeline Trail Connector 1 from upper Brookside Drive.
