The following forms are available for use by ESA clubs during swim meets. Other forms are available in the ESA Binder (below).

If you need to provide team line-ups for import into Meet Manager, you can download the lite version (free!) directly from this link:  https://hytek.active.com/Demos/Swim_Team_Manager_Lite.exe.

The instructions on how to enter swimmers and export your meet file should not have changed.
