Weekly Meetings

The workflow group met each week during March, April, and May. These were virtual meetings on Mondays at Noon eastern (9 am Pacific). The agendas for these meetings will be linked from the table below.

The weekly meetings included invited speakers taht were not able to participate in the workshop events. They were invited to respond to and discussed the the Workflow Community Questionnaire.

To participate via Webex:

• Go to WebEx Meeting

• When the meeting time starts, you will see a “Join” next to the Meeting Name “EarthCube Workflows weekly call”.

• Enter your name and email address and select “Join Now”

• When prompted for the password, enter code: 23248943 (with no spaces or #).

• After logging in you will see a prompt to join the Audio Conference by phone or by computer. You will also see a attendee id to use in the optional last step below.

• Once you join if you enter the Attendee id (3 or 4 digit number and #) then your name will be visible on the caller list.

• During the meeting: Please mute yourself to avoid background noise. Select the hand to ask to speak, and use the chat window to post comments.
