Board Information

11/14/19 The Eaglecrest HOA Board of Directors met to discuss gate operator replacement quotes. A repair quote was also provided by gate technician who provides service for a gate in the Corsair neighborhood. The technician advised that he believes the problem can be resolved for a relatively minimal expense. The Board voted to give the technician an opportunity to make the repair, to see if that will resolve the problem. If the service does not resolve the problem or the quote increases substantially, the Board will move forward with having the gate operators replaced.

Additional topics dicussed included:

• CC&R's are in need of updating.
• Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Roles and responsibilities. The Board members will serve on the ACC. Three committee members required to approve requests. Reduce fee for application reviews.
• Looking into options to improve communications among members and Board of Directors (i.e. website, groupsite, social media).
