Dominikus Ø. and Kirsti Nelson

In 1857, Dominikus and Kristi along with their two children, Kari and Nels, emigrated from near Borgund, Norway, and sailed to North America. They settled in Vernon County, Wisconsin, where they farmed. Two more children, Knute and Esther, were born in America.
