Maintenance contracts
All products installed by DSKay are covered for 12 months from date of installation on workmanship subject to our standard terms and conditions. When your warranty period has expired we offer a range of maintenance packages. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss these with you.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or product, you may wish to make a more formal complaint.
We take all the complaints we receive very seriously and do our best to work with our customers to sort them out as soon as possible after they are brought to our attention.
We ask that you give us the details of your complaint within a 30 days of the incident, or within 30 days of becoming aware of the problem. We will respond to your concerns considerately, quickly and as effectively as possible.
