Foundation Trustees

The property, business, and affairs of the Foundation shall be managed and directed by a Board of Trustees, consisting of eight members. The President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and immediate past President of the Classis Foundation shall be members of the Board ex officio with the right to vote. They shall serve only for the period of time that they shall hold the foregoing offices, and anyone succeeding to any of said offices shall immediately become a member of the Board in the place of the prior office holder. Three additional members shall be nominated by the Administration Committee of the Classis of Delaware-Raritan, and elected by the Foundation at its annual meeting and shall serve until the next annual meeting and the election of successors.
