San Francisco Bay Area



There are three international airports surrounding San Francisco Bay:
  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - The largest airport in the area and has the most flights.
    Public connections: It takes about two hours and $10 to get from SFO to Mountain View using BART, Caltrain and VTA.  Get directions.
    Private connections: It takes about 30 minutes and $75 to get from SFO to Mountain View by taxi.

  • San Jose International Airport (SJC) - The closest airport to the conference.
    Public connections: It takes about an hour and a half and $5 to get from SJC to Mountain View using VTA and Caltrain.  Get directions.
    Private connections: It takes about 20 minutes and $25 to get from SJC to Mountain View by taxi.

  • Oakland International Airport (OAK) - Not recommended.
The Caltrain commuter rail line connects all points between San Francisco and San Jose.  See the Caltrain website for maps, fares and schedules.
