Welcome to my webpage. I am a Professor of Water Policy and Management at the Yale School of the Environment.  I also currently serve as a Features Editor at the Review of Environmental Economics and Policy and as a member of the Editorial Board of Land Economics. I am a Research Associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research. I previously served as a chartered member of the US EPA Science Advisory Board.
