Dr. Ellen Maddin is an associate professor in the Teacher Education Department at Northern Kentucky University. Ellen began her career as a high school English teacher and also served as a technology specialist and as the Director of Instructional Services for Hamilton County Educational Service Center. She currently teaches undergraduate courses in educational technology and is the lead instructor for the Instructional Computer Technology graduate program. She is the former program manager for the Ohio Leadership for Integrating Technology program, an eTech Ohio initiative funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
