Personal Learning Plan

Based on your learning needs, as guided by your patient encounter log, please prepare four personal learning plans per year. The personal learning plan documentation will include set goals, resources used and a synopsis of the information learned. During your elective time, you will also need to set goals for learning; at the end of each elective rotation, review and summarize how these goals were achieved. If there were any unmet goals, please delineate how these goals will be addressed elsewhere.
