Patient Encounter Log

Please prepare for and attend a course to learn how to administer the ADOS. You will keep a log of the types of cases, modules and diagnosis seen, specifically related to autism spectrum disorders.

Please choose at least two other standardized tools to learn to administer. Documentation will be obtained indicating that administration and interpretation of tools was completed.

Please keep a log of any informal or formal testing that they have used as part of a developmental assessment.

Demonstrate effective, appropriate, age appropriate and timely performance of developmental assessments that examine the following areas of development: gross motor/tone and fine motor/coordination, learning and achievement, adaptive skills, social communication, language, family functioning, behaviour, and emotional/mental health, and for the following clinical encounters included in the diagnosis drop down list below.
