2024 HIGH SCHOOL interest form
A mid-season competition with races for everyone in the cool night air of Mesa, AZ . Bring your shoes for our Community race and watch the cross country harriers in 19 different races, including the premiere Sweepstakes races and the always competitive Team Championship races. We will again have our JH Race!! Come and race against the BEST the state of Arizona has as well as teams from all over the US. The looped course, is beautiful, all grass, beautifully groomed and lined with lights, creating a unique racing opportunity that allows coaches and spectators to view at numerous points. The course will be FAST!!

Entries: athletic.net (Entries will Close on Wednesday, Sept 18th at 11:59 pm. )
Large School Division: 1800 or more students
Small School Division: Less than 1800 students
Championship Races: If you think your team is good but not one of the top teams that will be placed into the Sweepstakes race then you can enter your squad in this race, no matter what your school size. This race will include both large and small schools going head to head. It is considered very competitive just a step below the Sweepstakes race. (25 teams will be allowed into this race)
Sweepstake Races: Top 25 teams as determined by the Race committee. This will include teams that have STAND OUT individuals as well. Meet director will let coaches know personally if they are allowed to enter into this section. Most competitive race of the night
Team Entry Fee: Desert Twilight XC Festival – $450/HS team per gender or $500 HS combined program (i.e. boys and girls teams from the same school owe $500) (please make checks payable to and mail to the below address MEMO: DESERT TWILIGHT 2024): If not registered and paid by Sept 18th a $100 late fee will apply. (Due to rising costs of all rental equipment, toilets, lights, security, etc and venue we have had to increase the rate$50.)
