Activity Buses/ Vans Driven by coaches:  Again, if you plan to drop off and circle back to park the buses/vans, you can not get into the ASU prep line, we will turn you away.  If you choose to park your bus or van at the LDS stake center and walk with your kids to the course you are welcome to do that. Please fill the back of the parking lot first and park taking up one space not 2!  You can also pay to park in one of the ASU paid lots (6 is closest)   Please see the attached map.  If you plan to park and walk with your team, you will enter the LDS parking lot straight off of Tahoe Road

1. Event Parking Overview Parking operations will begin at 2:00 PM. Parking will be available at a rate of $20 per vehicle. All available event parking areas will be utilized and filled in a west-to-east direction. As individual parking areas reach capacity, vehicles will be directed to the closest available parking area.

 2. Traffic Direction and Signage Signage will be placed near the Williams Field traffic circle to direct regular event traffic south toward the designated parking areas. Buses will be directed north and will be able to access Edgewater Street via Tillman Avenue for bus parking and staging. Edgewater Street and Tillman Avenue will be designated for bus traffic only and will not be used for regular vehicle parking. Staff will be positioned at key locations to direct vehicles, assist with parking, monitor parking availability, and close parking areas as they reach capacity. 

3. Parking Payment The event parking fee will be $20 per vehicle. Payments will be processed using a QR code payment system. The QR code payment process will allow vehicles to continue moving through the parking areas without creating unnecessary payment lines or delays. Parking staff will assist customers who need help completing the payment process.

4. Overflow Parking Once the event parking areas are full, overflow vehicles will be directed toward Unger and Union Avenue for available on-street parking.
