    • Large number of dentist trained in other states have started practices in NC ( I moved from Baltimore to Raleigh in 1985 after a 12 years career in Hospital dentistry when Johns Hopkins bought city Hospital for $1.00. I am a 1973 Grad of NJ Dental School)
    • New & young dentist know the only way to start a practice is to sign up for as many PPO's as they can
