Strictly from a financial standpoint, what states are the best?

If you get a Delaware license you'd make a great living with relatively low work stress. The fees there are very high even with state medicaid. They require you to take and pass their own clinical and written exam which deters many dentists and prevents saturation. Also they do alot on the state level to keep out corporations.

Ive wondered this question as well. We are leaving the military next year and could really move anywhere we want although we have been narrowing it down to New England for family reasons.

Id guess itd be a combination of higher insurance reimbursement, low cost of living and low competition.

Competition and cost of living are pretty easy to find but any ideas on where to find average insurance rates by state or region?
