Welcome. In order to put Andoid on pc we have to get ourself a Usb stick with nothing on it, becasue we will format it. Anthoer usefull thing is the Android operating system ported for pc. At This site you will find the Android OS and of course, all the help you will need if this page is not enough for you. I recommend the port for Generic for Inspiron, but you might try the others to untill you get the right version (for me was generic). Also, you need to have a program to make your stick bootable and to put Android on it. I used Unetbootin for my instalation.
Asuming we have all we need, we now may get started to install Android. First we plug the Usb stick into our laptop and open Unetbootin. We look for diskimage button and there we will put our iso. After that we create (recomended) a partition where to install OS. We hit reboot and when the laptop restarts we hit F2 in order to go to our bios settings and to check the Usb as booting device. Press F10, Save and exist, press F12 and choose Usb. At the instalation windpw choose "Install on harddisk". The logo Android will apear and in few moments you will be able to move trough Android OS from your Pc. For further details visit the page of the Android project: www.android-x86.org
All the credits for this ported OS goes to Androidx86 team and Unebootin programmers for their hard work and for their products.
