In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I come against you, marine spirits. I break your power over me and my family. I renounce all covenants and agreements that I or my ancestors have made with you. I command you to leave my life and never return.

I declare that I am a child of God and that I have authority over you. I cast you out of my life in the name of Jesus Christ.
