DEALING WITH THE SPIRIT BEHIND PROFITLESS HARD LABOUR

Anchor Scriptures:

Genesis 31:38-42

38 This twenty years have I been with thee; thy ewes and thy she goats have not cast their young, and the rams of thy flock have I not eaten.

39 That which was torn of beasts I brought not unto thee; I bare the loss of it; of my hand didst thou require it, whether stolen by day, or stolen by night.

40 Thus I was; in the day the drought consumed me, and the frost by night; and my sleep departed from mine eyes.

41 Thus have I been twenty years in thy house; I served thee fourteen years for thy two daughters, and six years for thy cattle: and thou hast changed my wages ten times.

42 Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.

Isaiah 65:21-23

21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.

22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.

Proverbs 12:11

He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.

Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.

But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

Introduction

Profitless hard labour is an indication of an afflicted destiny and prayerlessness. People who suffer from this attack work very hard all the time but never gather much. They have nothing to show for their hard work. They may be having two or more jobs and be very proficient in them, but they never gather substances from them. They are never rewarded commensurately for their labours. They always work like elephants and eat like ants. The spirit of profitless hard labour ensures that a man does not have anything to show for his hard work whether public or self employed. In the case of Jacob, we see the spirit of profitless hard labour at work. He laboured for fourteen years before he could marry the wife of his choice. Laban, his employer, reduced his wages ten times and would have brought him to complete ruin but for God’s intervention.

PRAYER GUIDE

1. I bind the spirit of servitude in my life in the name of Jesus Christ.

2. I refuse to labour in vain nor bring forth for trouble in the mighty name of Jesus.

3. In Jesus name, I shall not build for another to inhabit, nor sow for another to reap. I shall eat the fruit of my labour.

4. Let every satanic agenda of struggle and frustrated efforts in my life be totally destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.

5. You spirit of profitless hard labour, I divorce you; get out of my life right now in the name of Jesus Christ.

6. In the mighty name of Jesus, I shall live to enjoy the works of my hands.

7. From today, I deliver myself from the spirit of oppression and slavery in the name of Jesus.

8. All you forces that have kept my head bowed despite my hard labour, I break your power in my life in the name of Jesus Christ.

9. I speak to you, creation and elements, that you shall no longer cooperate with the devil to subject me to profitless hard labour in the name of Jesus Christ.

10. Let every stubborn and prayer resistant demons working against my profiting receive fire and thunder of God in the name of Jesus Christ.

11. Let every taskmaster supervising and subjecting me to a profitless hard labour be roasted by the fire of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus Christ.

Arrows of destruction fired at the fruit of my labor, backfire one trillion, billion fold in the name of Jesus.

12. From now on, my life shall fulfill the creational blessings of Genesis 1:28; I shall be fruitful, I shall multiply, I shall replenish the earth and subdue it in Jesus name.

13. Let all the fruits of the years the locust, the caterpillar, the palmerworm and the cankerworms have eaten be restored to me one hundred thousand billion trillion fold in Jesus name.

14. Just like Isaac, I also, as a child of Abraham, shall begin to reap a hundredfold anywhere and anytime I sow in Jesus mighty name.

15. I cover every seed I sow and every work I do with the blood of Jesus. You fowls of the air shall not eat up my seed in Jesus name.

16. From now on, whenever and wherever I sow or work, my seed shall germinate, grow, mature and bear fruits thirty-fold, sixty-fold and a hundredfold, a billion trillion fold in Jesus Mighty name.

1. Work O Lord, I give you thanks for giving me a place to work, in the name of Jesus.
2. I am grateful for your protection over this job.
3. Oh Lord, Be thou glorified in my job in Jesus name.
4. O God, hide me from those (name them) planning to conspire against me and my position, in the name of Jesus.
5. Every door of oppression opened against me at my workplace, backfire, in the name of Jesus.
6. O God arise, stand up for my help and let the destructive plans of the enemies against my good works, backfire violently now, in the name of Jesus.
7. O God, give me my duly possessions, promotions, position, place, and portion this season by fire, in the name of Jesus.
8. Congregation of satanic gossipers at my workplace using their evil thought to stop me, be exposed and scatter unto desolation, in the name of Jesus.

LET US PRAY!!!

1. O God, answer me financially, in the name of Jesus.

2. I cancel every false allegation levelled against me by wicked colleagues, In the name of Jesus.

3. All enemies of my progress in this job shall be frustrated over my case in Jesus name

4. Presence of the living God openly reveal the truth at work, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every set up against me in this job, shall backfire, in the name of Jesus

7- This week every evil plan against me turn to promotion in Jesus name.

8- Power demanding for my downfall, fall down & die in Jesus mighty name.

9- This week, Oh Lord, anoint me with the oil of victory in Jesus name.
