HOW TO REQUEST A GAME CHANGE OR MAKE UP A RAINOUT

If absolutely necessary, you can request a game change or make up your rained out game in the following manner. You must contact your opposing team's coach and ask them if they would be able to accommodate  a game change. If your opposing team agrees, you must BOTH AGREE on the new date, time and venue. Then, you must submit this agreed upon game change to me to review and confirm. If your opposing team's coach does not agree to change the game, the team that requested the change forfeits the game. If there is a large amount of rained out games, we will have make-up games on a Saturday morning.
