Marine vessels powered with renewable energy

This a very interesting topic. With the decline of fossil fuel and the arise of renewable energy, maybe we will be returning at a time where wind may power our marine vessels.

Imagine that you add up all CO2 emissions from all marine vessels in the world and you compare that number with the list of the more polluting countries in the world, well marine vessels will be in the 4th position of the list.

It is not about going back to those wooden sailing boats of an old time, but instead of looking ahead for some interesting high technologies vessel designs of the future.
