A new toy has been acquired.  A device from my neighbor Ron, it measures the FPS of an object. As soon as the tank is reassembled I will publish the results of the test launching.

Sprocket design successful, only after 7 failed attempts and trying again.... it worked. Well as a prototype anyway.  Made 2 out of plywood, hand cut, mounted same, had to make hub extensions for the sprocket.

Had to remove the tracks, paint them black and remount them.

Now to build a track tensioner device thingy. Yea, I gotta figure this one out.
