Orchestra 90cc files are basically an ASCII file with the first character of each line has the high bit set.
ie... You add $80 (dec 128) to the ASCII value of the first character. There are no "Cr"s or "LF"s in these files
The Orch-90 files are then saved with the Binary File Type flag set and with NO file extension.
Orch files created on Models I, III, & 4 will have the extesion ".ORC".
These files will be in ASCII format and each line ends with a "CR" & "LF" or $0D0A
There are files floating around with the ".ASC" extension
These are files that were originally uploaded then downloaded to and from Compuserve
These are straight ASCII files with each line ending in "CR" or $0D
